On a new episode of TLC’s Extreme Cheapskates, penny-pinching extraordinaire, Stephanie takes being cheap to a whole new level. Actually “cheap” might not be the right word. This is more like money OCD. I understand the need to save a few bucks here and there. Trust me. But if people like this actually focused all that manic energy into making it rather than saving it, they’d be millionaires.
