AT&T’s ‘Simple’ Ad Campaign Gets More Complex With ‘True Detective’ (Video)
AT&T’s “simple” commercials put out the latest of its campaign, but this time, instead of starring Beck Bennett revealing the simplicity of childhood notions, the ad features a “True Detective” parody that will leave you hanging, intellectually. Written by Ross Marquand, who also stars in the ad as Matthew McConaughey’s “True Detective” character, Rust, this AT&T installment leaves the children speechless.
