Audi’s New Ad Compares Driving A Luxury Car To Having Sex, And Wants You To Save Yourself (Video)

Audi’s new commercial is taking a new approach to selling cars. Called “Luxury Car Abstinence,” it not-so-subtly compares driving a luxury car to having sex. It urges you to avoid mistakes, regrets and even the walk of shame. BMW and Lexus are among the competitors shown, with Mercedes-Benz getting most of the heat. One man advises, “Save yourself for something more meaningful.” Another leaves his job when he was offered a Mercedes for a company car. The ad summarizes at the end, “Don’t regret your first luxury car. The uncompromised Audi A3.”
