A ubiquitous (and welcome) presence at the local deli, Ben & Jerry’s recently came out with four new “core” flavors. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the Vermont-based brand started by Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield in 1978, pints with “core” in the title mean they boast a thick, gooey center of fudge, caramel, and now even jam.

The four, new flavors include: Hazed & Confused (chocolate and hazelnut ice cream with a hazelnut fudge core), Peanut Butter Fudge (peanut butter ice cream with peanut butter cups and, you guessed it, a peanut butter fudge core), Salted Caramel (with a core of that flavor and blondie bits), and That’s My Jam (chocolate and raspberry ice cream with chocolate chips and raspberry center). For an ice cream guys boasting so many creative flavor combos, Ben & Jerry outdid themselves this time.
