A restaurant in Russia commissioned this clever advertisement, setting fire to a billboard to “flame-broil” the pictured steak. The stunt was set up by ad agency Voskhod for Double Grill, a steakhouse in Yekaterinburg, Russia.

The original billboard shows a picture of a raw steak. At night, professionals set predetermined lines on fire, let the steak “cook” a while, and then extinguish the flames before slapping on the name of the restaurant.

The best part? They wore chef’s outfits while firing up the enormous grill.
