Seahawks Cornerback Richard Sherman Stars In Ad For Beats By Dre (Video)
Footballer Richard Sherman is the star of a brand new commercial for Beats by Dre headphones, and the timing couldn’t have been better.
The ad shows the Seattle Seahawks cornerback answering post-game questions in a locker room. When the questions start to tick him off, Sherman just slips the headphones on to tune out the bombardment of questions. The ad then reads, “Hear what you want.”
If only Sherman took this approach in reality. When his team made it to the Super Bowl with Sunday’s game, his post-game trash talk landed him in hot water. He took the opportunity – several times – to call San Francisco 49er Michael Crabtree a “sorry receiver” and a “mediocre receiver.” Maybe next time he’ll keep his Beats by Dre handy.
