Stephen Curry Is Working Out like A Machine This Offseason
Golden State Warriors star guard Steph Curry is pulling out all the stops to ensure success for the upcoming NBA season. He’s hitting the track, the weights, and is Zumba’ing like a fiend. Curry’s added a few wrinkles to his training regimen- some crazy-looking drills where he is fighting against resistance bands.
Here Curry straps two of these bands to his legs, picks up a medicine ball, and repeatedly jumps to attack an imaginary rim, while two trainers “hack” his arms with pads.
The point guard is also hard at work on his ball-handling, behind-the-back-passing, rope-swinging, and one-handed-shooting skills.
