Colorado news anchor Kyle Clark has seen plenty of snow-covered patio furniture, and he doesn’t want to see any more! He made an on-air plea to Colorado residents to get more creative with their winter pictures. “Let’s be more original the next time the snow flies. You can still feature your patio set, but if you like it then you shoulda put a thing on it, like a disgruntled dog, or your husband drinking a beer.” He understands that it’s easy to snap a quick picture of your backyard with patio furniture every time it snows. “But are we really a state that takes the easy way out?” the video asks. “We blasted a road through the Rockies, we put a cliff inside a Mexican restaurant, our welcome sign is a demon horse with crazy laser eyes. We don’t do easy around here.” Clark really sends the message home by finishing off the segment with a mic drop.
