Brazilian Boy Will Make You Never Want To Eat Meat Again (Video)
PETA would love this little boy. When Luiz Antonio’s mother tries to persuade him to eat some octopus gnocchi, he instead convinces her the vegetarian life is the way to go. The exchange is truly heartwarming and could possibly convince a good many carnivores to change their ways.
“The octopus isn’t real, right?” Luiz asks him mother in brazilian.
His mother explained the gnocchi was only the octopus’ legs, to which Luiz asked where the cephalopod’s went. When his mother replied that the octopus’ head was at the fish market, Luiz became very concerned—not only about the octopus, but also about chickens, fish, cows and pigs.
“When we eat animals, they die,” he said. “I don’t like that they die. I like that they stay standing up.”
