With tons of guests expected to attend the Presidential Inauguration, Washington D.C.’s Madison Hotel is planning an extravagant package that promises to chronicle their every experience of the special night. The $47,000 package not only includes a presidential suit for four nights, a private tour of the capitol for as many as 22 friends and family, a private Lincoln Town Car with a driver and a $5,000 Brooks Brothers shopping spree, but—for the first time ever—a “social media butler.

The dedicated social media butler, Anchor Media’s Victoria Devine, will record the guests inauguration experience through Facebook and Twitter posts, as well as photos uploaded to sites such as Instagram, allowing guests to fully enjoy the event but still keep their followers updated on all the details. Guests can choose what sort of content is posted as well as its frequency.

Madison Hotel VIP guests can also request the butler to act as their personal paparazzo, taking photos and posting them in real time. Or, should they prefer privacy, they can send their updates to the butler via email or text.

This is such a special time in D.C. and we don’t want our guests to miss a thing, so we’re ensuring that they will have everything they need and are dressed to the nines,” said Jim Horsman, managing director of The Madison.
