Earthquake Hits L.A., TV Anchors React Hilariously (Video)

According to the U.S. Geological Society, a 4.4-magnitude earthquake struck the Los Angeles area early Monday morning. The earthquake happened at 6:25 a.m. There were no reports of serious damage or injuries.

The earthquake happened during numerous morning news shows in the L.A. area, but the anchors at KTLA reacted in true earthquake fashion. At the first sign of rumbling, the anchors dove under their desk seeking cover, leaving the desk empty.

Once the earthquake stopped, the anchors resurfaced from below and went straightaway to covering the incident. Their ever-changing faces of surprise, confusion and fear are a sight to see.

I sort of sat up in bed, waited a second, then put my head down for a bit. I wasn’t really afraid,” a man told CNN affiliate KTLA. He didn’t provide his name.
