Prism: Shia LaBeouf Tried To Warn Us In 2008
Former CIA and NSA techie Edward Snowden may be credited with blowing the whistle on the covert operation Prism, but Hollywood’s Shia LaBeouf tried to warn us more than four years ago. In a September 2008 appearance on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,” LaBeouf described information he’d learned from an FBI consultant while working on the film “Eagle Eye.” The audience may have laughed at what he’d discovered then, but it all sounds eerily familiar to what we’ve learned in the past week.
