Ben & Jerry’s is in a unique position to capitalize on Colorado’s legalization of marijuana. It has a long history of hippie culture and its main product is snack food. So it doesn’t have much to lose by alluding to its pothead customer base. The ice cream company did advertising right with its simple tweet yesterday, seeming to give a wink and a nod to those Colorado hippies.
