It’s pretty hard to believe that a major news outlet would release a documentary that is pretty clearly pro-marijuana. Well, maybe not that hard to believe now that two states have legalized smoking the plant for recreational use and not just medicinal purposes. If this was 1993 or even 2003, it would be unheard of for a TV journalist like Sanjay Gupta to go on the record saying he was wrong about marijuana, and is now an advocate. But, it’s 2013, and as Bob Dylan used to say, “The times, they’re a-changin’.” Check out the full documentary here, if you haven’t already found out that marijuana won’t turn you into a raving lunatic, or lead you to smoking crack and murdering people like the Anti-drug ads of the ’90s would have you believe.
