Andrew Hales offers the people of Salt Lake City a variety of substances including “black-tar heroin,” crack cocaine, crystal meth, and weed. Everyone turns him down politely with a laugh, and even a security guard takes the offer surprisingly well. Maybe Hales is in the wrong part of town, or he’s being a bit too earnest with his offer, but these folks don’t seem to want any drugs.

Maybe it’s because Salt Lake City isn’t exactly known for its crime or drug problems, but not a single person involved in this social experiment responded positively to the offer of drugs.
