How To Burn A Bridge With Mark Cuban
And the dumbass of the week award goes to…
This guy is lucky he’s anonymous at this point. Mark Cuban, the billionaire owner of the Dallas Mavericks—who also happens to invests in a lot of startups—recently received an interesting email from one founder he had previously turned down.
“Peter Thiel invested so you’re lucky I’m emailing you,” the email stated.
Apparently, the guy had gotten the money he needed from another billionaire. But what a way to burn a bridge. Appalled at the display of arrogance,
Cuban Tweeted:
How Not To Get an Investment from me- Make this the subject – “Peter Thiel invested so you’re lucky I’m emailing you”…#IMSOLUCKY

As well as:
Nothing against Peter, he is a great investor. But the arrogance and ridiculousness of the kid who sent it is through the roof.
