Infographic: This Is How Google Glass Works
So we’ve seen some amazing video promos of Google Glass, and they’ve totally got us itching to wear a set of our very own. But how does the device really work? Thanks to artist Martin Missfeldt, we’ve finally gotten an inside look of the heart of Google Glass. The amazing technology works off of a mini projector and a semi-transparent prism that projects the augmented reality images onto the users’ retinas. As the infographic shows, Google Glass also incorporates a microphone, speakders, a GPS-equipped CPU and a battery—all within the headset.
