Phoenix Suns Add Sleeves To Jerseys, Subtract Their Balls

This fad of adding sleeves to a basketball jersey is a poorly-concealed attempt to sell more merchandise. Middle market teams like the Golden State Warriors, Indiana Pacers, and now, the Phoenix Suns have been sucked into Adidas’ Venus Flytrap of Shit Jerseys. Basketball jerseys are sleeveless. What is the point to adding sleeves to them? Call them an “Adizero Uniform System.” Call them whatever the hell you want. They are an abomination. NBA players are not meant to be squeezed into tight dry-fit t-shirts. They look like something your dad would wear at his Wednesday night rec league. The only basketball players wearing sleeves should be college and high school ballers wearing white t’s under their jerseys because they are self-conscious about their skinny shoulders. The sleeveless NBA uniform is not broke, Adidas, so don’t try and fix it.
