Quick Fit: The Workout App For Busy People

You may have heard about The Scientific 7 Minute Workout before, but now there’s an app for it (and all other things on the planet). Toronto based app developers Tiny Hearts have created Quick Fit, which makes it easier for busy people to fit their daily workout into their schedule.
As well as the usual 30 second intervals of jumping-jacks, chair steps, crunches and so on Quick Fit has included a couple of their own exercise programmes such as Quick Abs, which will hopefully make you look more and more like a table everyday. The app also includes audio, video and a weight tracker AND the only equipment you need is a wall and a chair.
