This is what happens when you don’t pay attention in history class. If these ladies had paid attention they would have known that suffrage is the right to vote and has nothing to do with suffering.

But it sounds the same.

I know, I know. These things can be tricky.

But, not all of the women were ensnared in the trap. Towards the end of the clip they show some of the ladies who knew what this guy was up to. And they were definitely none too pleased.
