Toronto mayor Rob Ford is best known as a crack-smoking embarrassment, but if you look closely you’ll see he does a lot more than that. He also spends some time making ill-informed, closed-minded and racist comments to the press and having a few clumsy moments on camera.

Now we can add “dancing to Bob Marley during a council session” to the list. According to Metro, the impromptu dance break happened during Tuesday’s session while a local jazz trio played.
